Once you contract to work with us, our comprehensive process includes carefully grouping, photographing, listing, and auctioning off items you no longer need. Our fee
We offer a free "walkthrough" to evaluate the personal property based on the above criteria and understand your situation and expected timeline. Most clients have an ultimate goal of either making the most money they can on items or getting rid of them to empty the home or property quickly. The walkthrough does not obligate you to sell with us.
Our fee is a one-time, all-inclusive commission, a percentage of the total auction proceeds and is predetermined when signing a contract with clients. The rate depends on various factors, such as the property's location, the amount of personal property to be sold, its condition, and the timeline for the sale.
After the walkthrough, we can provide an accurate fee (commission), which is all-inclusive, with no hidden charges. Our fee covers:
1. Sorting, lotting, and photographing all items
2. Uploading lot photos into the software, then creating titles and descriptions for each lot
3.) Communicating with you about our progress and answering any questions you may have throughout the process
3. Manage the preview and live online sales, answer bidder questions, etc.
4. Organizing items for pickup and overseeing the pickup process, including collecting all monies owed
The commission includes all credit card processing fees and a comprehensive advertising and marketing service to maximize the auction's reach. Working on a commission basis drives our auction firm to make your estate or downsizing sale successful.
If you choose our auction firm to host your sale, we will prepare a contract that all other relevant parties must sign. We can do this on the day of the walkthrough or later. We offer free digital contract signing, including for clients who live out of state.
